I got my PH. D in Tianjin University supervised by Prof. Kang Zhang , who is a leading scientist in visual language and aesthetics computing. After that I visited at Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (Fraunhofer IAIS), Germany, studying with Prof. Dr. Gennady Andrienko and Prof. Dr. Natalia Andrienko as a Postdoctoral Researcher. This experience benefits me a lot and makes me focusing on geo-related visual analytics. Now my research interests include spatial time series, social media, dynamic network, society security and any geo-related applications. I am striving to become more active in Visual Analytics community.
